Position Summary: 负责真空泵，真空系统电气控制类专业技术支持。 Responsible for providing electrical controls related technical support in the field of vacuum pumps and vacuum systems. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 负责真空泵、真空系统控制相关电气原理图绘制以及电气元器件选型； Responsible for drawing electrical schematics related to the control of vacuum pumps and vacuum systems, as well as selecting electrical components. 2. 负责真空泵、真空系统控制相关 PLC 程序及触摸屏程序的设计以及编写； Responsible for designing and programming of PLC and HMI for vacuum pumps and vacuum systems. 3. 负责真空泵、真空系统电控程序在车间以及现场的调试； Responsible for debugging of electrical control programs for vacuum pumps and vacuum systems. 4. 负责电控柜说明书的编写； Responsible for preparing electrical control cabinet operation manual. 5. 结合产品应用工艺，编写或修改电控程序，处理现场问题。 By integrating the application processes of the product, write or modify electrical control programs, and handle on-site issues. 6. 深入学习真空泵源厂配置变频器与 PLC 程序，结合产品应用工艺优化程序及参数。 Deeply study the built-in VSD and PLC programs of vacuum pumps in overseas factories, and optimize the programs and parameters based on the application processes of the product. 7. 与国外工厂沟通、反馈真空泵与真空系统在现场电气相关问题并及时解决。 Communicate with overseas factories, provide feedback on electrical-related issues regarding vacuum pumps and vacuum systems on-site, and promptly resolve them. 8. 领导安排的其它工作。 Complete other work assigned by supervisors. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 熟悉各类工业低压元器件、变频器、接线箱、操作柱等产品； Familiar with different industrial low-voltage components, frequency converters, junction boxes, operation column etc,. 2. 熟悉各类PLC、触摸屏，可进行程序设计、编写以及设备调试； Familiar with all kinds of PLC and HMI. Ability of control program designing and commissioning. 3. 了解各类压力、温度、流量等仪表以及电机产品； Understand different kinds of instruments including pressure, temperature, flow, and motor and other relevant. 4. 熟练绘制各种自动控制相关的逻辑图、接线图、原理图等图纸； Skills of logic diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, and other drawings. 5. 具有强烈的团队合作意识，高度的敬业精神； Strong sense of teamwork and high degree of professionalism. 6. 较强逻辑思维能力与学习创新能力； Strong ability of logical thinking, self-learning, and innovation. 7. 良好的协调沟通能力与解决问题能力。 Good capability of good coordination, communication skills and problem-solving. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科及以上学历，电气、电子类相关专业； Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in electrical or electronics engineering. 2. 具有5年以上低压电柜设备电控系统应用经验； At least 5 years of solid experience in electronic control system of low-voltage cabinet equipment. 3. 适应短期出差及适当的加班； Adapt to short-term business trip and appropriate overtime. 4. 有指导现场接线及调试的经验； Experience in instruction of field wiring and commissioning. 5. 英文听、读、写熟练。 Fluency in English listening, reading and writing.
