工作职责




* Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 实现销售指标。
* Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales
plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets
are met建立并通过各项活动和拜访来执行销售计划。
* Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制预算。
* Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer
needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing
and new customers在拜访消费者时对药店人员进行产品培训。
* Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building
positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
与客户保持良好的关系。
* Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor
activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can
respond to changing market conditions and customer demands及时反馈市场信息给各类部门来调整各项策略。



任职要求




* Education level: higher than college degree 大专以上文化程度。
* At least 1 year working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor
industry, typically in charge of 100 drugstore mgmt.至少一年的在OTC
行业或者跨国零售业的快消行业，***管理过100家药店。
* Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving
problems良好的领导能力，口头和书面表达能力，沟通能力，解决问题能力。
* Being integrity and positive 为人正直，积极向上。
